Last Christmas

Hi everybody,
I hope you all have had a nice Christmas 2011!
My Christmas was perfect, I was with my family and we gave each other very nice presents.
I also had a Christmas themed nailart

For this nailart I´ve used:
- Essence fateful desire 60
- Kiko 203 (white)
- Catrice It's Rambo No. 5 670
- Hema Diamond 11
- Pieces Golden Chokolate

The hardest part was the tree. I photographed the good one because
on my other hand I totally failed. Oeps!
For the peak and the frenchmanicure on my pinkie I've used Hema Diamond 11
and for the stump I've used Pieces Golden Chokolate.

Good Luck

Christmas Eve

After a week working hard on school and on my surprise for one person in my family
I can work on my blog.
It's freaking Christmas Eve!
This evening I went to Nova Zembla at the cinema. It's a wonderful movie!
Even the dutch proud Doutzen Kroes has a part in the movie.
But now my nail art of this week
I promised you to blog about my glitter nailpolish
so I make it true

I must confess I was a bad photographer this week.
For this nail art I've used
- Catrice Berlin Big City Life
- Essence Blair 07

Today I made a new nail art so I wanted to remove
this one
BUT IT WAS SO HARD TO HANDLE!

Good Luck

And have yourself a Merry little Christmas!♥

like a Christmas tree

Dear Bloggers,
Like everybody I'm inspired by Christmas.
Christmas is the most wonderfull time of the year, isn't it?
My next nailart looks like a Christmas tree (with a little bit of fantasy)

For this nailart I've used:
- Pieces Golden Chockolate
- Pieces Old Rose
- Catrice 670 It's Rambo No. 5

I started with a base of Golden chockolate.
This big dots are made with a cotton swap. The little
dots are made with a needle.
I've received many good compliments from friends.
Yesterday I went shopping with my friends, I bought Christmas presents for my family and I bought a bottle of Essense glitter topper!!!
In the next post I will show you
Good Luck

Vampire´s Love ft. Kiko

I never showed you it before
but I bought a bottle of the vampire´s love collection of essence.
I bought: True Love 03 (the purple one)
I once had it on my nails but didn't photograph it.
Nowadays I have it on my nails but with a little twist.

For this "half moon" nailart I've used:
- Essence Vampire's Love True Love 03
- Kiko 260 (purple glitter)
- Kiko 328 (grey)

I started with a base of True Love
continued with Kiko 260 for some extra glitter!
I thought it was a little bit boring so I made half moons.
For the half moons I've used a old eyeline brush.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog!
Good Luck!

Big City Life

Yeah! I finally found the colour where I was searching for so long
It's from the limited edition of Catrice: Big City Life
I bought the Berlin one
I actually made a special pic of my nails this time

Normally I don't apply one colour on my nails
but this time I couldn't find a nice nailart : (
The fact that I like this colour very much makes me feel better!
I hope you enjoyed

Good Luck

Nude and Black

Dear bloggers,
on my last post I´ve got very nice comments! The comments motivate me to keep on going writing. So thank you very much.
I´m actually in love with my current nail art, it´s very classy i think

For this nail art I´ve used
- Catrice Cotton Candy At Eiffel Tower 020
- Kiko 275 (black)

I've chosen this colour of base because I wanted to create a lace effect.
Actually I failed in that but the result isn't bad at all I think.
The flowers or whatever you see in it, I've made with a needle. Drop 2 drops of black nailpolish on a little paper and put the needle in it, that's the best way.

I hope you enjoyed it and comments are always welcome!

Good Luck

From Base To Pink

My sister just bought a new camera, so I asked her immediately to make
the photos for my blog. In my view it's much better than before.
I also told her to make a blog herself, so maybe in a few day you can
enjoy the blog of my sister as well!

But now the results of my nail polishing

For this nail art I´ve used (from the bottom to the top)
- Catrice Cotton Candy At Eiffel Tower 020
- Kiko 260 (shiny purple)
- Catrice Be My Millionaire 300
- Rimmel London Star Kissed 220

I chose the colour on base of colour, glitter and overflow.
I started with a base of nude nailpolish.
Than did the purple glitter over it but not till the bottom. The same I did with the silver and pink.
The last nailpolish I've used was very difficult. The polish was very  thick.
But I think the result is all the work worth it!

Good Luck

Shade Parade Chanel

I found this short movie when I was searching for a nice colour nailpolish.
I think it's a very funny way of showing the nailpolish. I even tried to do it with my own fingers but it is actually very difficult. Respect!
In my opion Chanel did a great job with this short movie!

Handmade marble

Hi everybody! I just made a simple version of marble nailart. It took some time but the result is all worth it. Watch youself!

 Nailpolish I´ve used:
Kiko 328 (grey)
Kiko 260 (purple with glitter)
Kiko 203 (white)
Essence Hard To Resist 76
Riveel 184 (second blue colour)

I started this nailart with a base of Kiko 328.
After let it dry I putted 3 drops in 3 different colours on my nails.
With a needle I mixed the 3 colours together.
I did this on very nail but every time another way of dropping the drops.

I've used 2 different colours blue. The blue of Essence is darker that the blue of Riveel.
Why I've used 2 different colours blue?
Because I wanted some varation!

I hope you liked it!
Good Luck!

Take 2 Colours

Take a nice colour combine it with black and you have the most simple nailart!

 I´ve used
- Catrice It's Rambo Number 5
- Kiko 275
and tape

First you laquer your whole nail the colour you want.
After let it drying you tape you nail for the half.
When you are sure there are no holes between your nail the tape you laquer the other half of your nail black, or another colour.
That's how simple it is!!!
Good Luck!

American Dream Girl

I love America, unfortunately I live in Europe
America inspired me for this new nailart, the American flag!
It look a little bit difficult at the first sight, but it´s not.

nailpolish I´ve used are:
Kiko 203 (white)
Essence Fateful Desire 60 (red)
Essence Hard To Resist 76 (blue)

step 1) Paint all your fingers, except your thumb, red
step 2) paint your thumb blue
step 3) paint on all of the red polished fingers white stripes, with a tip painter
step 4) make little stars on your thumb
step 5) finish it with a top coat

I hope you liked it!
Good Luck!

Oh damn! it's nice

Something new, something trendy, something very nice!
I've made a new nail art and I'm very happy with it :-)

now you can love it too! The first picture shows the whole nail art the second picture I've taken because of the shining gold. It's very simple to make
I've used:
- Hema Diamond 11 (gold)
- Essence Fateful Desire 60 (red)
- Essence Hard to Resist 76 (blue)
You first make a base, any colour you want. Second step is maken a cross over the whole nail, start with the vertical stripe in the middle and end with the horizontal stripe a little bit und the middle. The third step is making a second cross but a little bit under an more left or right from the first cross.
It's a piece of cake!

Good Luck

Crack it

something old with a new touch! I've used my crack nailpolish again, this time with someting different. This time I've used 2 colours for the base!
 For the base I've used
- Kiko 203 (white)
- Hema 82 (green/blue)
The white nailpolish is actually for french manicure, the brush is very small. I patted the brush a few times on over the green/blue polish. In the photo you can see the result.
after having done the base I did the crack polish over it.
I was a little bit disappointed with the result, you can't see the 2 colours good enough.
I hope I inspired you!

Good Luck

It's Rambo no. 5

I love my new colour nailpolish from Catrice! It's a very trendy colour. You just have to love it.
It's called: It's Rambo no. 5. very nice nailpolish to use and is also long lasting. I wanted to add some green in my nailpolish colletion and this is the perfect colour for this winter. I don't have to say a lot about this one so I keep it short.

Something else is happening right now! It's finally holiday :-) it's gonna be a great time, with lots of shopping, working, polishing, sleeping and ofcourse no homework! On thursday my sisters my mother and I go to shop in Rotterdam, I'm so excited. I want to buy new boots and a bag.
If you have some suggestions, they are welcome!!!
Today I went to the Ikea for some stuff to put in my room. I created a new theme: New York!
I love New York, by biggest dream is to go over there!

Bye Bye

Pink deluxe

Here is my lovely nailart again! I love cheetah nailart. This time I did it with other colours. It did it with:
- Essence Hard To Resist 60
-Pieces Golden Chokolate

I never showed you the nailpolish of pieces before, but it's a very nice nailpolish. It's like bronze with a glitter.
I started with a base of the pink nailpolish.
I took a needle and made very carefully the little dashes. It's very simple but you need to take the time.

Shine a little light...

So... here I'm again! Last week was a busy week, with lots of homework and my birthday party! I'm finally 16 year old. I gave a party for my friend yesterday, I think it worked out very well. For a friend I becama a nice colour nailpolish: dark blue with a little shine, Essence Hard to Resist 76

But before I became 16 I bought myself a nice nailpolish: Essence Fateful Desire 60, it's a deep red colour and matches beautifully with golden nailpolish.

It has been so long time ago because I had another nailpolish last week, a soft purple shine lacquer: Kiko 260.
This one I started with a base coat in a nude colour.
I think my update is now completed. Next time I'll post a nailart, that has been a long time ago.
I hope you liked it!

Good Luck

Stipped

after a few days I wanted to change my nails, so I finally found the time to change the colour!
Searching for something, I thought it's time for something different, something I never had before. So that's why I did this nailart
Nailpolish that I've used:
- Hema Pastel Green 82 (long lasting)
- Essence Tip painter

I started with a base of Green, after I took the tip painter, actually it's for french manicure, but  I usually use it for other nailart. With the tip painter I've made very short lines. I finished it with a top coat from Hema.

Good Luck

Rock it!

I finally have the Crack nailpolish from Essence! I'm very happy to have it!
Here is the result of my nailart:

Nailpolish I've used:
- Catrice Be My Millionaire 300
- Essence Nail Art Cracking Top Coat 01 Crack me! Black
- Essence Ultimate Pink 08

I wanted to do something different that all your nails one colour so I made one nail pink. The silver nailpolish by Catrice borrowed I from my sister.

Before this nail art I did the crack nailpolish with a grey base (Kiko 328) but it didn't work out like  I wanted so I tried somethingelse.
I also bought a new nailpolish remover. In the beginning I thought it was very usefull. But after a few times using it, it became ugly, the brush kept all the nail polish I wanted to remove. Now the brush has the colour of the removed nail polish.

I hope you like this nailart

Good Luck

Pretty Pink

I finally have enough time to work on my blog!
At the moment I have my nails pretty pink with a little purple, with my favourite manicure: Zebra!

At the first picture you can't see the purple nailpolish very well, but it's really there!
At the second picture you can see it better.
I've used:
- Essence Ultimate Pink
- Kiko 260

The Kiko nailpolish is a little transparent so it gives a nice touch to the Ultimate pink.
I've used a thick needle for the purple, if you want to see more zebra nails you have to watch my older bolgs :-D

Good Luck!

I'm back

Sorry but school started last week and I didn't had the time for writing my blog :-(

Last week I did my first french manicure ever!
I never did it before because I thought it was to difficult and ugly on my nails.
But I wanted to try it once and this is the result:

Nailpolish:
Catrice Cotton Candy At Eiffel Tower 020
- Kiko 203  (tip painter white)

I started with Catrice Cotton Candy At Eiffel Tower, I did that two times for better coverage, than I tipped my tops with the tip painter, the brush of  the tip painter is very small so it's easy to use.

It's very simple but very cute on your nails!

Good Luck

Flowers

this nail art is very easy to make!

- Kiko 328 (grey)
- Rimmel Fever 324
- Essence tip painter
- Hema top coat

kiko 328
You start with a base, it can be every color, I chose for grey.
For the with points in the middle of the flower I used a French Manichure nail brush,
because it's very little. You can make the red stips with all kinds of round things.
You finish this nail art with top coat.

Good Luck!
